Speed Controlled Check Valve

Product Description: AccessX opening and closing speed control check valves; are hydraulic control valves that prevent the backflow in the system operating with line pressure. When output pressure value exceeds input pressure value, valve closes itself completely in a leakproof manner without creating shock. When input pressure value exceeds output pressure value, check valve slowly opens itself so that it absorbs pressure waves that occur at starting moment of the pump. At deep well pump stations. At city network pump stations. Fluid sent from valve input signal line to the lower chamber of the valve; helps opening while enabling to close without creating shock. Fluid sent from valve output signal line to the upper chamber of the valve; provides slow opening and closing.

Installation: Things to be aware of during installation and use; Before installing the valve on the pipeline, the pipeline must be free from large dirt. In case of a possible failure, an isolation valve (sliding valve or butterfly valve) must be placed in water flow direction of control valve for faster response.
When mounting the valve in its place, the lifting rings on it should be used It should be mounted according to the direction of the arrow on the valve cover. Valve is connected to the pipeline "serially".
Sufficient space should be left around the valve to easily make the necessary settings and maintenance.
If accessories are installed on the valve, care must be taken to avoid possible damage and, if possible, removal of the accessories may be more appropriate if it can be reinstalled.
